Hotel Reviews

California

Elm House Inn, B+- On our recent trip to the Valley, we stayed at the Elm House Inn in Napa.  This hotel is number one on TripAdvisor, for Napa Valley, and I am a huge TripAdvisor believer and follower.  For the price this place could not be beat, it was very reasonable for the Valley, but not reasonable for how we usually travel, it ranged between 150-200 during our stay.  The breakfast was delicious as all the reviews say, it was perfect for me, but left a little to be desired for my carnivore husband, who ate at least four hard boiled eggs every breakfast.  I have had the blessing of staying at some places that just really blow your mind compared to this one, at the end of the day its a pretty standard bed and breakfast.  I did become a fan when the power went out our last night and they comped our entire Saturday night to the tune of 200 dollars, yay!  Also, I would probably not stay in Napa again, a little too far South.

SpringHill Suites Marriot: A
We were really happy with the Spring Hill Suites in Temecula, the rooms were amazing and modern with a great color scheme.  The breakfast was delicious and the town in walking distance.
